About The Event
This workshop explores your personal strengths and patterns as they relate to the challenges of leading a team in a climate that demands constant adaptation. As industries face new challenges, the innovative solutions must come from you.
All businesses and organizations are being forced to change how they operate with the increased use of the internet, new laws, and political climate. Thinking about your role as it relates to power and ethics within the context of our times is critical to leading from a place of integrity and heart.
As a leader, this requires clarity about how you “rock” your strengths and influence others.
If you have ever felt you were misunderstood by colleagues or employees then this workshop will help you see what they see. This will help minimize stress and anxiety that comes from murky interactions that need to be specific.
As a leader, you know honest feedback enhances your ability to make well informed decisions and strategic plans.
If you have ever encountered people who resist feedback exchanges or withhold information, then this workshop will provide the feedback you never get, but wish you did! You will gain insight about your leadership style and the reactions your approach elicits from others and this will help you identify approaches that can be applied right away, to improve your teams communication culture.
This workshop will be limited in size to ensure that participants leave with the full benefit of investing time in themselves in order to give their best to others.
