All relationships have cycles and at times it can be confusing. Maybe you want something to change and your partner doesn’t.

Perhaps you feel uncomfortable but you don’t know why. Sometimes we get in the “proverbial” rut.

• Explore how your reactions to change impact relationships.

• Understand the meaning of your responses to the future.

• Gain insight on where you might be locked up, preventing you from getting the responses you want.
